I've been using the service for well over 4 years when needed. The first time we needed them. They completely wiped out any living cockroach then I got them every 3 months, but wasn't really needed. I haven't seen any infestation or any living creature in the apartment. We have attached apartments here and we still haven't seen anything. They've been very thorough doing there extermination but I still use them at least once a year. Although after one extermination you won't even see one bug. Hands down the most effective extermination company I've hired. I worked with EZ Bed Bug for both bedbug and roach treatment. I never had to hire them again after the bedbug treatment since they eliminated the problem for good. I started using them again to treat roaches and once again their treatments proved to be the most effective on the market. A breeze to work with and a breath of fresh air. Thank you guys!!

Henry is extremely knowledgeable and super reassuring for our problem! He was able to send someone out super fast. Having to do no prep work is a gamechanger and makes the whole process so much easier. Highly recommend!! Definitely the easiest extermination process by far.
