10/10 experience!!! 20/10 if I could say so! It all started from the very beginning with Suzzane. Suzzane was so welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was nervous about trying a new eye doctor as I’ve been going to the same one since the day I started wearing contacts. I needed to get a new prescription for contacts but more importantly I had broken my favorite pair of glasses and was heart set on getting the same exact frame, but I learned that it was discontinued. I tried on maybe 10 pairs with Suzzane, might’ve been even less, told her a few things about what exactly I’m looking for in a frame and then I got called in to see the doctor. While I was getting my eye exam done, unbeknownst to me, Suzzane was looking for a frame for me. When I came out of the exam, she had one picked out that was absolutely perfect! I don’t know how she did it with such limited information, but she found me my dream pair of glasses even better than the ones I had before!! She’s a miracle worker with exceptional taste! I even got to walk out of there with the new pair the same day because the technician Eddie is so good at what he does!! The whole experience was perfection and when I had found a blemish on the lens the next day (I kept my old lenses, so it was probably there from my previous pair and I just hadn’t realized) I came back and Eddie was somehow able to get it off for me! All in all, I had a fantastic experience and I can’t wait to go back! Thank you, Suzzane and Eddie, you’re the best around!
