My wax specialist was Sheri. As my first time at this location, Sheri made sure I was comfortable and informed about my wax. She was quick and thorough which minimized any discomfort. I will be booking with Sheri for all my future appointments. Thanks again.

I am not a big fan with complaints but I have to post my honest opinion about my last visit. I had a Brazilian Wax with Maribi. As the appointment started, she ripped out the first wax strip without letting me know so I was very surprised and felt extreme pain. I told her clearly to let me know before ripping the wax strips out because this is only my second time doing a Brazilian. She ripped two strips out with notice but after that she just ripped them quickly and it felt she was rushing the appointment. I'm not sure why it was necessary to rush because I didn't see anyone waiting in the lobby for the next appointment. I also came on-time.
I'm not sure if this is how all Brazilian wax appointments are like in this location but my last appointment at a different location was a completely different experience. During my last appointment, the therapist instructed me to take a deep breath and informed kindly when she will rip the strips and put pressure on it to lessen the pain. Even though that was my first Brazilian wax ever, that felt less painful than my recent appointment. No notice, no pressure, nothing.
After the appointment, I felt something a little sticky and painful so I went home immediately and found small pieces of wax still intact down the area. I had to clean and rub it out myself at home. If the therapist took adequate time cleaning around the area this would've not happened.
Overall, the appointment felt rushed and inconsiderate. I wonder if this is a common concern in this location.
