One of my favorite in the city. I prefer to work out at this location during the off hours. Less crowded. It doesn’t open on the weekend, which is a bummer. Also, not a fan of the equipment setup on opposite sides of the floor, but manageable. The women’s sauna is a plus. The ladies responsible for the upkeep of the women’s locker room are great! They do a great job at turning over the towels, keeping the locker room / toilet stalls / showers clean. Perfect view of the Rockefeller Christmas tree and skating rink during the holiday season.

Absolutely! One of my favorite equinox that I visited while in New York City. Just keep in mind they're closed on the weekend, only during the week. However, they do have a dedicated men's and women's sauna and steam

Come get your workout at a great gym with some of the worst elevators in the city.
You'll enjoy the impressive range of free weights, but only after an interminable wait for the elevator in the front lobby.
You'll luxuriate in the spacious steam rooms and saunas, but be sure to pick the day of the week both elevators are in service.
Pick from a huge selection of classes that fit every style, but make sure you come early to have plenty of time to get through the caravan of people waiting for the elevator while staring at the cordoned off other elevator down for maintenance for the seventh time this year.
