About Equinox Printing House

Equinox Printing House offers a unique member experience focused on well-being, combining innovative programming and quality instruction. However, there are significant drawbacks reported by members. The gym requires a slow elevator ride of nine floors, often leading to long wait times, which can be frustrating. Cleaning staff begin their duties up to 30 minutes before closing, disrupting member workouts. While some members appreciate the location and staff, noting the passion and personable nature of certain employees, others find the facility dated and lacking essential amenities. The club has limited class offerings, no hot yoga, and is missing features like an indoor pool, hot tub, or sauna. The outdoor pool is small and does not accommodate lap swimming, and available seating is rarely accessible on sunny days. Despite its proximity to home, some members express disappointment in the overall experience and suggest a need for more diverse class options. While the sunset yoga is praised for its views, the lack of hot yoga remains a common request among members.

Elevator out of service on what seems to be a weekly basis. Weight floor is overrun with trainers. Towels often unavailable. Go to another equinox location if you can help it. It’s lucky it’s in such a good location!

I gave 2 starts. 1 the nice machines. 2 the lockers cleaning ladies are so polite and always on point. The rest is a messTerrible customer service. Rude manager (I met one with the tattoos and the nails). When I asked a question she acted like I was bothering her. Out of all the people that works there 2 maybe were polite.-The trainers are always using the machines and giving you an attitude if you don’t leave the machine fast enough.-Trainers are tanning in the rooftop so there is not enough chairs to lie down.-They sign up so many people to the gym that on pick hours there is no space. If you need to stretch or do some abs workout you just can’t. Or you find a small...read full review

The central flaw of this location is that you need to take an elevator up nine floors to access different parts of the gym, and it’s an extremely slow elevator. There is frequently a long line to use it. Additionally, the staff begins cleaning equipment, including equipment I plan to use, up to 30 minutes before closing, which is frustrating.
