The deep tissue with hot stones massage was everything I needed. It was strong enough to release the tension in my neck and shoulders.not only that,the service here is wonderful. I Can’t wait to come back

Definitely won’t return. There was a Chinese person who was attending all the patrons. At first he asked me to wait for 20 mins. After 20 mins, he directed me to a room. The room did not have any door and there was a loud noise of air conditioning. I had to bear that loud noise throughout the session. The therapist was not experienced either. She did not bother to ask me the pain nodes. After a disappointing experience of about an hour, I said to the person at the reception that I didn’t like it. He waited for a bit and then asked me for a tip. When I refused because there was no attempt to diffuse the concern, he sarcastically (and mind you loudly) said, “wow”! This was to embarrass me so that I end up tipping for a bad massage. Why? Why is tip an entitlement and not a voluntary gift? Why is it that patrons are made embarrassed because they refuse to tip for a bad service?

I’ve been there twice, and both times did not disappoint!! While I don’t remember who I had the first time, I had Amy for my massage the second time, and she was wonderful. The minute the massage started, I already knew it was going to be good. I’ll definitely be back.

My masseuse Andy was amazing!! Everyone was very professional, welcoming, and prompt. I had a very thorough massage and he knew exactly where my tight spots were without me saying anything. It was a very good quality massage.
The only issue is because it isnt ventilated that well the environment is not your western luxury spa and there are things like stalls sectioned off by curtains instead of separate rooms, and there is a musky smell and it can get humid from the body sweat. I dont mind so much and will be coming back, but thought I should write it. If you do a lot of international travel you would know this is standard so for people who travel abroad it might not make a difference but maybe a touristy type person would care.
