    As someone who spent years in PT, getting massages, acupuncture etc. for lingering pain post knee surgery, I can honestly say nothing has made as much of a difference as working with Dr. Shannon for the last 9 months.

    Beyond improving my overall strength which has decreased pain, I have gained a new confidence in my abilities and feel like I understand my body more. I’m more patient and optimistic, and have learned that strength and movement are a better form of recovery than rest when things flare up.

    I worked with Dr. Shannon Connolly for eight months to help get me back on track with workout consistency, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. I was initially drawn to her philosophy of cultivating the fitness to thrive and say yes from now to 80 years old.     When I first found Dr. Shannon’s Instagram page, I knew the fates had aligned. I had been thinking about trying to find a coach to get me active and lifting weights again after more than 4 years.
