5/5 across the board! You can tell Emily is so experienced, knowledgable, and thorough in her care. I got the signature aqua peel facial, and my skin feels so clean and glowing! She also took the time to answer any questions that I had and really went innnnn on the extractions (in a good way). Her space is so cozy, warm, clean, and inviting. Can't wait to come back next time!

Emily is SO LOVELY and a skilled aesthetician! I was looking for a facial studio in Chinatown while visiting family and came across her Google reviews. Communication and scheduling was really easy via text message. The studio is clean and comfortable. Her assessment was really spot on and the extractions were the most comprehensive and thorough that I've ever had. They hurt...but I had over 6 months of built up congestion and I was honestly so happy to have someone willing to take their time with extracting nearly every pore.
