However, I think this guy has gotten too big for his britches because he isn't great and he doesn't work with you. I contacted him in August of 2021 for a kitchen remodel. We started work in October and finished only after the help of a mediator. The cabinets were nice but were a bait and switch. When it comes to hiring a contractor in a new city, it's HARD. I moved from Chicago to NY where I was tasked to open a new office/warehouse for a company. Not knowing a single contractor, I spent days and hours researching candidates. Given my job was $60-80k, I needed someone I could count on. Upon meeting George, he's a very positive person and pleasant to be around. After receiving his quote, he was very well priced amongst other. Not too low, and not too high; just right. Once we started the job, he was punctual with deadlines and answered all of my phone calls throughout. George and his team at Elite Tech are top notch! The best part is Elite Tech always get the job done when it's promised with a high quality finish. I had old flooring sanded down and refinished, which ended up looking like now. Two different apartments were painted. I also had a challenging ductless A/C installed that required masonry work and coordination with an architect, building engineer and expeditor. I could rely on George and his team to understand and navigate all the challenges and provide creative solutions when needed. Highly suggested!
