Eli is lovely and takes great, personalized care of her clients. She is very accommodating with scheduling and tries to make sure her clients have the services they need on their timeline. She is also very thorough in her work. I leave my neighborhood to visit her salon.

Either the owner or the other lady working w him that day, stole from my credit card from my bag while I was getting my hair washed (eyes were of course closed), and I saw later I had TWO separate charges on my credit cards which were time stamped 30 min apart so clearly that was not a mistake. They charged me over $200 on a card I never use and then when I physically paid they chargers my actual amount on my other credit card. I tried to work it out civilly but the owner refused to reverse the charge. He offered to Venmo me the money but never did even when I followed up on it with him--I fought w my bank for 2 months before getting my money back and had to ultimately cancel my card bc he wouldn't acknowledge to the bank that there was any fraud etc. Also, a few weeks later my friend was there and saw there was cash missing from her purse and "all of a sudden" the owner "finds" double the lost amount of cash on the floor and low and behold gives her back double--clearly trying to cover himself up because why give this girl back more cash than she claimed to lose. I have a few more stories similar to these experiences from other customers of this salon but I'll stop here for now. Very disappointed as this was a salon that does incredible color--but now would never go back to such untrustworthy and unaccountable people. I feel bad for the many other customers I'm sure they have deceived. Very disappointed. (I never write reviews but this place....definitely deserves one)

Had a great experience here and will be returning! They were polite and friendly. But Eli is literally the best! Such a professional artist. Eli did an amazing job on my keratin treatment and color. My hair looks healty and stylish now. Eli and his team are awesome! And my nails though they literally did an amazing job on my nails. I am so happy with them. Thank you so much!
