Very prompt and responsive but they made the stains worse not better and charged me for the visit anyway so that’s not great. CallVLAD at cleaning venture NYC he’s amazing!!! -- UPDATE: I still think you should call Vlad at Cleaning Venture NYC BUT these people called to follow up and offer me a free service and see if they could meet my cleaning needs in anyway which was really nice and generous of them
