I have been to this place several times over several years, my experience has always been wonderful they are professional guys and they are personally nice guys as well you can chat with them you can share jokes with them. They give you the honest professional advice and and personal opinions about the prices and what materials you need and how to go about purchasing an installation. They are well stocked they have every type (a wide array) of floor supply imaginable wonderful place, good for the neighborhood as well.

So thankful to have met Mike Flynn who not only helped us select a perfect grey flooring for our Manhattan apartment but was on hand and ready to help with issues afterwards. He let us know that our flooring came with a lifetime warranty. Great service from Mike, who has a wealth of knowledge and expertise that he is happy to share. Fast forward 2 years later, I asked Mike for advice on flooring for an upstate home. Would have loved to go through Eastside Floor Supplies but it wasn't possible cos of the distance. Mike was immediately responsive and exchanged several emails providing solutions. I cannot recommend Eastside Floor Supplies enough, they are amazing thanks to the Mike who truly goes out of the way to help!

A little overdue with this review, but we bought 1500 sq of flooring for our primary residence in South Harlem. Matt was incredible, knowledgeable, and informative. My wife and I knew 'squat' about flooring and its varieties and options, but after our experience with Matt and his company, we feel like we can hang with the experts!!! I highly recommend!
