How can people give this place five stars. I went to the office, called just to ask for a bill on how much I have left to pay and no has the curiosity to even respond. How can people who work at the front desk not know how much I have left to pay. Does this business have any common sense?

My lady that does my deep clean is amazing! She's so loving and caring for her patients. Im a person who is really scared of the dentist she really relaxes me and works at a pace for me not to be scared . I forgot her name but I think she's Russian. I been going here about 3yrs . She's the best thing they hired . Assistants are really nice as well .

Everyone was super sweet and nice to me. The Pisces woman who took my X-rays was lovely and wonderful to talk to. Super quick too. The kind lady who did my cleaning was super gentle and communicative. And the doctor was open and willing to address any questions. Glad this is my new dental office!

Clean efficient and friendly atmosphere. I have fear of dentists. But I felt secure and my fear was under control. The staff is well trained and so professional. Great experience.

Please beware. They don't answer the phone, the dentists constantly change, they don't care to figure out an issues you're having, they want you in and out, they are incompetent.

East Village Dental Care needs to upgrade their staff!!!! I have been patient of this office before and they were not very kind. I just went online to make a new appointment. DAINA responded via message when I pressed the option to schedule a new appointment. Just to tell me that she wouldn’t take my appointment and that they would reach out to me later… She was absolutely useless and rude over the text messages of the website. (Which I took pictures of). And her rudeness is enough for me to change my dentist office and never go back!!!!
