The main lady at this place is so rude. She barely gave me any time to pick a color, essentially picking for me. Pedicure itself was very rushed and low quality. Water was cold and even when I asked for hotter water she barely made it hotter. When I paid she tried to tell me I had to give a 20% tip, I only gave 10% because the service was so bad. The e-non 16th and 3rd is much much better.
I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now and have never had a bad experience, only really good. I usually get a powder manicure and it’s always perfect and lasts at least 3 weeks. Their pedicures are great as well, both the spa pedicure and regular. It’s a great ambiance - peaceful and spacious. I like all of the technicians and they are all skilled and patient.
Love this salon. I’ve been coming every 2-4 weeks for three years. Mandy and Livia do the best gel, dip and extensions. I really appreciate when they help me pick a color and don’t make me feel badly about my short nails. I highly recommend making a booking in advance.
