Long lasting, wide selection, and beautiful flowers. The staff has been really helpful and friendly. Webshop is easy to use.
I’ve had only positive experiences when things didn’t come in as expected, it’s always been handled fairly and quickly 👍

I purchased 10 peony stems ($60 or $6 per peony, not counting taxes). The blossoms were all closed at 11:20am and within 6-13 hours were all dead. Photos taken are at 12:24 PM and then at 12:22AM.......12 hours later!!! When re-visiting the store, they refused to refund my money and they are generally nasty.
