Duce Construction Corp. renovated my loft apartment downtown, and they were very professional and handled the entire project with great skill, with beautiful results. Kim Coolbeth and employees were always available with solutions as issues came up. They had an onsite manager at the property everyday, overseeing things, and the renovation was completed within the specified time, and within the cost quote.
