About Dream City Nail Spa
Dream City Nail Spa is a relatively new nail salon that offers a variety of services, including manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow waxing. The salon is known for its friendly staff, clean environment, and relaxing atmosphere. Customers appreciate the shoulder massages offered after manicures. While many customers have enjoyed their experiences, some reviews indicate inconsistencies in service quality. One customer had a notably positive experience with Emily, who provided an excellent builder gel manicure. However, another customer had issues with a dip manicure performed by Linda, who was noted for not being suitable for natural nails. This customer reported jagged toenails and a poorly executed manicure that required personal touch-ups. Overall, Dream City Nail Spa is a popular choice for nail care, with many praising Mia and Amy for their excellent skills. Customers may want to consider the technician they book with and inquire about the removal process beforehand, as service quality can vary. The salon also features a nice rewards program for loyal visitors.
My nails were done well and came out really cute, however the lady that did my nails was RUDE! She kept huffing and puffing at me and pulling my arm, and then when I gave her a tip, she rolled her eyes at me, and said something in another language. The price is fair and the place is clean, but I won't be going back cause she was just so rude.
I was hesitant to go because of all the bad reviews but I’m so happy I did! Emily did my builder gel manicure and did such a good job. Exactly as I asked, clean salon and good customer service. Would definitely recommend!
The place is beautiful. Service, not so much. I called beforehand and asked for the price of an acrylic soak off, and was quoted 15$. When I got there, I was told my soak off would be 25$, because my nails were gel. They were not gel. I was burned with the drill, and they use metrocards to pop off acrylic. I could’ve used a metro card at home. While paying, I was asked to tip, which is super unprofessional. I wouldn’t go back, and I know they are capable of amazing work.
