Prada did my haircut and I’m really happy about the result. She works very thoroughly and accurately and she is only satisfied with her work, when everything is perfect. And she gives good advice when you ask her for a haircut that suits you.
It’s a customer-friendly atmosphere at Dramatics NYC. I’m going to be a long-term customer.

And, as opposed to a recent review, my wash and shampoo was not rushed, and was thorough and relaxing.

Jingles is great. My only complaint is the hair washer person. My other salon is a great experience but here it’s like it’s a race. Just race through washing that hair as quickly as possible and only one wash..I wish they could address that to make it a better experience instead of a bad one
