I went to Dr. Pearlman for a rhinoplasty consult. He was very principled about the fact that he didn’t think I needed surgery / didn’t think he could add enough value to justify the physical and financial costs. He also suggested non-surgical alternatives to look into.It would’ve been very easy for him to just take my money the first or second time I asked. So for that alone I’m giving 5 stars.

Recently someone botched my filler, it was really bad and I was unable to smile. I was very concerned about removing it, as I know there was so much inside me and thought I needed surgery.Within 2 weeks, Lisa had restored my face to perfection.
