She also spends time with you to check the end result actually looks good and is balanced rather than getting you out of the chair. She gave advice on what fit for my goals while balancing costs. One year ago I had rhinoplasty with Dr. Pearlman, and looking back, my only regret is not doing it sooner.
Before surgery I was extremely nervous about the procedure, anesthesia, and recovery. In reality everything went so smoothly that I realize now I was worrying for absolutely no reason. My recovery was remarkably easy and fast. Honestly, any flu I’ve had in my life was far worse than recovering from rhinoplasty. I had zero pain and never needed to take any of the prescription pain medication because I simply didn’t need it.
