After today, I won’t be going back. The reason for such is your experience is entirely contingent on the nail technician and the time you arrive. If you arrive anytime after 6:30ish, I’d recommend coming back another day. If you stay, they will rush you.I went 2 weeks ago with my sister for mani pedis and for our manicures we were both getting extensions and dip. Our pedicures were fine but our manicures were heinous. They were hovering over us pressuring us to pick a color and then told us we couldn’t get the color or designs we wanted. I’ve been going here every month or two for a few years. I only get pedicures and like the fact that they line the basins. Not all salons in the area do that and it’s much cleaner. The pedicures I’ve had are fine, price is average for the area and good selection of color. I never make an appointment, I just stop in when it doesn’t look busy since I live pretty close. Most of the negative reviews mention that they don’t honor appointment times and that’s 100% true. They try to cram in too many people. Gel mani lasted less than 10 days. They fixed one. The rest (other than one) came off 2 days later. They fixed them again but another one came off. Sarah who runs the place is great. However, I don't know what's going on with this place. The quality has gone downhill which is sad. I think the workers are unhappy and disdainful and it's showing in the results.
