I have always gone to dli but yesterday I got a gel manicure in which my finger was gushing blood so to a poor cuticle cut. I had to point it out. There is gel all over my cuticles and a dent on my thumb. Then when I left a tip worthy of the service I received, my nail tech made a snarky comment to me. Extremely disappointing experience.
