Have worked with Jeff and his team twice and they’ve fielded various concerns and phone calls of mine with care and efficiency. The first time yielded a negative result, and the second time a positive; both times they were incredibly kind and responsive. Highly recommend them if you even have a sliver of concern about bed bugs!
