The salon was packed when I went on New Year's Eve 2019, but the ambience I believe is something you would expect on a normal day too. The music was extra loud, the hair salon stunk and the stylists were carelessly eating strong smelling food over customers which really rubbed me the wrong way. Another thing was the loud talking with each other over customers while washing hair which is supposed to be one of the relaxing parts of a salon visit. I felt so dirty being there because of the odor of the place and the poor mannered women working there. They do not even exhibit politeness with new customers. Their approach was in and out, no thank you for coming- nothing. Now to get right to the styling. They practically burned my hair off with how high the heat was and how much they pressed that heat on my already fragile hair. When I was done alot of my hair at the tips were burned off and hair strands throughout my hair were broken as well. I had already experienced severe damage from a previous salon that I was trying to repair and their styling intensified that damage. If you have thin hair or fragile hair like mine be careful and make it known to the stylist to not be aggressive when styling your hair with hot tools or the blow dryer.

Went to get blonde highlights and they literally just bleached on some highlights. And never put the blonde dye. Terrible experience. Only reason I’m giving them 2 stars because they can cut hair decent.

Did not really like it because they talk more than they do ur hair, and the person that does braid she left her client and went and eat for at least half hour.

Unprofessional Behavior. Treat clients wrong. They got 1 star only because I had to in order to write a comment. I’m not going into details, but always speak up for yourself let people know you can’t talk in Spanish and think you don’t know their talking about you.

Quick service, clean salon. All the the stylists are very nice and speak English. Pricing very reasonable. My hair came out just as expected .
