Ambika is wonderful with my 86 year old grandmother! She is able to communicate with her in spanish so my grandmother understands the exercises. She gives my grandmother a good challenge within her limits, while being super encouraging! Thanks to my Ambika, my grandmother seems to have a bit more strength and mobility these days!
