Let me acknowledge that some people have fantastic experiences and results here. Love that for them.I, however, can only say that I’ve had an oh-kay/mehhh experience.Everything is fine and the world will keep spinning and I’m glad I can wear my jeans again, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable coming back here. For the most part (and some reviewers tend to agree) no better quality / no better pricing than anywhere else you’d bring your clothes.

Had a few pair of denim jeans in my closet with torn crotch seams. Usually would just donate to goodwill. I was looking for a seamstress or dry cleaners that could make this repair. Every place close to where I live did not make this repair. So checked on Yelp and saw Denim Surgeon. I never went too the store location. Just followed online instructions when downloading order forms. Yes you need too fill repair form for each item needing repair or alteration. Had 3 pairs of jeans. Two with seam splits in the crotch area and one pair to let out. Placed in box and shipped to store location. They contacted me by email regarding repair. They are really amazing at repairs, denim and even other types of fabrics that get frazzled or torn. The folks at the shop are cool too. I haven't tried them for other alterations yet, gonna try soon.
