I like to tell you people this salon is in Manhattan and is the worst salon ever is a Rusia an hairstylist she is very nice person but she doesn’t know what she is doing very sorry but is true

I went to this Salon, and was greeted ok. I asked for wash & set, and was told ok. I ask for the price, and that I don’t have cash, she quoted $55. The older lady washed my hair, wet my face, 🙄 then asked me to follow her, as I sat down at her station, she said no wash & set, I only blow dry. 😡 Then as she blowed dried she pulled so hard hurting my neck, then burned my scalp, as she said sorry, which wasn’t at all believable, she left my hair a bit frizzy in the back and parted my hair in the front without asking me. She then walked me to the register & gave a price, almost double the price. I told her I didn’t have cash, the other lady gave a serious stare and pointed at some sign that said something about tip. I said $5 to which the lady that did my hair walked away without saying” Thank you “ and they charged nearly $80 dollars.” I asked why did you charge me that?” She said “oh the taxes🙄. The worst place. Not even a smile. I don’t not recommend this place at all. $80 for wash and blow dry, for goodness sake. 🤨

Red flags all over the place. My husband got a haircut, I got a blow out. Was told the blow out would be $55, can’t remember the “price” for his haircut but we ended up being scammed to pay $153. For a haircut .. and a blow out?? She used tresemme hair products and at first she was going to put nothing in my hair for a blow out. I had to ask for mousse. I was gonna let go of the tresemme thing if my hair looked fire but it was the worst blow out I’ve ever had. She had the audacity to tell me my hair was dry, i had to ask for oil. My hair was dry bc of your JUNK products or lack there of. I immediately went back to my hotel and washed it, let it air dry and was back to being soft. My husbands beard is super uneven. At the end they were hounding for a tip even though we were already over charged. RUN. I am never one to leave bad reviews and this experience left me HEATED.

I don't really leave reviews. I'm from Houston. Quoted me $50 for everything for a hair wash & blowdry. Tried forcing me to tip at the end. Let your customers know the prices prior to treatment. Treatment was nice but pricey.

Sad. Price they told us for a pedicure was triple. The owner was very intimidating about our tip. Quality of pedicure was awful it was smeared I don’t think the lady that did it could see. I called to tell them and lady said your a one time client and hung up. I would never recommend this business to anyone and they should be turned in for quality .

I barely want to leave a 1 one star review but that's my lowest option. We went in at 5:30 on a Monday night and there business was on a second story. We had a very difficult time getting up the elevator and my mother is walker bound we can only use an elevator. It was scary. It shook and was not clean nor safe. 1st red flag. Once we finally got upstairs there we're 2 employees there and then the owner.I received a gel pedicure, my mom got an hour massage. ( Which she said was fine) ( it costed $120) which isn't bad. My pedicure was awful there are streaks and all she did was paint them. No Soak nor cuticle cut or Scrub. But she told me the cost was $36 and we both agreed on it. Then when it came time to pay she said $236 and when we started questioning they got very pushy and assertive. It was very scary. We were put in a bad situation. When we called to question them the next morning they hung up on us.

I have never left a review before but this was the single worst nail experience I have ever had. I went in just to get my gel nail polish removed and left 1 hr and 15 minutes later with polish still on the edges of my nails (the technician didn't put her glasses on until halfway through so she missed A LOT...) and a bleeding pinky finger because she had filed it down too much!! When I paid, she scoffed at me for tipping $3 on a $15 service (20%...) and pushed me to tip $5 (33%...). AWFUL.
