Came here a few times, had a good experience until last time. Brought in a $700 cashmere set (pants and hoodies), not only was it one of my favorite sets, but also had sentimental value. I received the set back at least two sizes smaller and shorter, and an entirely different color. It was a beautiful ivory, and when I received it back it was a dirty dark beige color. Regardless of the money I paid for the set that I just threw away, the sentimental value is something lost that I cannot ever get back. The set is entirely unwearable. I came here after another wash and fold losing some of my laundry and over charging. I was very impressed by the speed and knowledge of the owner. He knew right when I walked in which bag belonged to me although it was my first time. Everything smelled great and was fresh when I got it back.

Danny was very accommodating due to traffic being agressive in the street let me drop off in a rush since I was driving. Made arrangements for pick up due to I am a shift worker and unable to pick up in normal hours. Thanks
