I started with Anna as my instructor and Miljan was added to supplement. When Anna departed, Srna came on and with her and Miljan I feel very supported with my endeavor to learn dancing.
I've been going for about a year. I've learned way more than anticipated.

Really fun group classes, excellent instructors, and a supportive environment to learn ballroom and Latin dance. They mix up their schedule of classes and have had different styles like Lyrical, Ballet Barre, Hip Hop, Urban Latin, and also Social dance. I'm a huge DWTS fan, so when I found this was the dance studio of Maks and Val Chmerkovskiy, I was excited to try it. I took a group class with Val once when he visited the studio, and it was a really fun experience. They do private lessons, social parties, competitions, showcases, and have special guest coaches come in. I mostly go for group class but have done some private lessons and a group showcase. What an experience! I booked two private back-to-back bachata lessons and our instructor, Alejandro, was phenomenal. He was extremely patient (I have two left feet), knowledgable and extremely engaging. He wasn't just giving us a cookie-cutter class, but a true experience as he went at the pace we required. I highly recommend DWM Midtown.
