Jovanny is an A+ diligent and hard working man with numbers. I am horrible at working with taxes on my own and this was the first time getting professional help. He was very patient with me, he took no time at all to figure out some of the information I missed to file and corrected it and I even got a great amount back.

I booked an appointment like I was directed to and carved out time from my day for a specific time and no one called me. They sent me confirmation for my booking, but no one called and when I called to ask what happened they said they didn’t know l! very unprofessional.

They do a good job, with professionalism and corrections the only thing is that you need to go with time, they take their time to do everything but at the end you will be satisfied!
