I booked an appointment like I was directed to and carved out time from my day for a specific time and no one called me. They sent me confirmation for my booking, but no one called and when I called to ask what happened they said they didn’t know l! very unprofessional.
They do a good job, with professionalism and corrections the only thing is that you need to go with time, they take their time to do everything but at the end you will be satisfied!
She's awesome. Dinora has known my family longer than I've been born. This year is the first time I've done my taxes and I am very pleased with the service. I shoudve been coming here all along. And by the way I was going to another supposed tax professional with over 40 years of experience and still Dinora was way more Professional, was more knowledgeable and gave me a bigger return.
