I called four times to get my financial review... No one ever called me back.... also always get a quote for beginning your tax return or you'll be in for a surprise.

Used them for several years but no longer. They are unprofessional and overwhelmed and misfiled my taxes jointly with my ex-wife despite not submitting her documents and putting a big note on my forms to confirm that they should only file for me. Rude on the phone as a response when I called to tell them they messed it up. Ill use a better accounting firm from now on. You are not supposed to get this stuff wrong.

CSI group charged me 2400 to do my taxes. Several accountants told me I was ripped off. Over charged by 1600! Don't use them !
