Excellent cutters/stylists of curly hair, in my case. Friendly and knowledgeable. Great safe space too. Recommended. I trust very few hairdressers because they are not consistent. That's not any problem here.

Thank goodness Crown survived the 5 months of small business shut downs in NYC! You feel safe and secure when you enter their lovely space- they have followed every COVID-19 protocol to protect themselves and their customers. Only one stylist and one client are ever in this clean, calm studio these days. You are given a fresh mask with your robe and your stylist is masked throughout. With the sun streaming in the windows you have a real chance to relax and be taken care of without worry. Cindy List is a brilliant colorist and cutter and to be able to return to Crown and see her was the first gift I gave myself when the lockdown ended.
