Cozy Bathtub Reglazing & Refinishing

I used this company to reglaze my tub. At first, I was very happy with the work and the service. However, I had the job done in February and in April the finish bubbled and cracked, leaving a hole in the finish. I contacted the company right away, asking them to come back and fix that spot so that jt wouldn’t spread. I was even willing to pay for it. However the owner went Mia. Meanwhile, due to water seeping into the hole, the finish began cracking and chipping more and more. It’s now peeling atrociously and I have to have another company come and redo it from scratch.Service: Bathtub refinishing

STAY AWAY! this business is a scam. The contractor working for them was good, he came on time and was very professional, however, for some reason the reglazing of the bathtub did not work (see picture). He came again next day to try to fix the tub, and while they could not complete the work and left the tub worse than it was, the owner (Konstantin) did not want to issue a refund either partial or total ($365). This guy didn't even pay the contractor for coming a second time. Did not call back to see what the problem was and was extremely rude on text. Horrible company... !!! The technician came to reglaze the bathtub. As soon as he came I told him I just put new hardwood floors and new bathroom so please be very careful. He said he is putting paper to cover everything. He put some plastic material on my new floors and start to work. Whole process took about 3 hours, once he was done he gave me the bill $345. I paid him in cash. He took of the plastic from my hardwood floors.... huge stain on the new floors! He said it must be from his paint removal. I couldn’t believe ! ( my Open House in couple of days) . He was on the phone with his bosses. They make it sound like nothing happened. I got on the phone with the owner...read full review
