I called them on a Thursday, and made an appointment for the next Tuesday. The fellow showed up on time. He worked for over two hours, stripping the old glaze, then putting down a new glaze. It looks fabulous! The tub was ready to use the next day.I have used them twice in the past. Each time I have had great results.
