Today was my first class at CorePower! I had a great class and enjoyed the instructor. I agree with the other reviews that the mats are extremely smelly and really put me off returning. CorePower yoga offers an inviting environment to practice Vinyasa flow in a heated room. I like the Noho studio because it's clean and the staff are friendly.I've taken their C2 CorePower (good for upper beginner and intermediate) and Hot Power Fusion (slightly more intense). My favorite instructors are Melissa and YeEun.I've also taken their Sculpt classes which use weights and cardio alongside upbeat music. My favorite instructors are Elicia and Francie. The studio provides yoga mat and towels to rent, or you can bring your own.
