Love every minute I get to train with Denise! I had 7 weeks to cram in marathon training and Denise got me there! I still train with core-fitness after my marathon because she Curated workouts specific to my needs and the location is convenient in UES. Easy to get to after school drop off in the am. Denise is a knowledgeable athlete herself, she knows all the ups and downs of training and was with me every minute of my training and during the race. Totally dedicated team at a top quality gym!

I am OBSESSED with Core fitness. my husband and I are workout junkies and no one has challenged us more. each workout is unique and challenging and kicks our butts but in a thoughtful and safe way. I am certain that each session is tailored to my body and thoughtful. Denise understands my body, knows how to work around injuries and even reaches out at nights to make sure I am doing the necessary recovery work to stay healthy. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

I found this gym through the Carol.io website since I wanted to try the bike. I was only in town for the week and the Owner was very friendly and helpful. The gym was full with top notch equipment and trainers ready to help.
