This place has been my go-to glasses and conta to for and my family. While the optometrists are great as they are only available on the weekends. The staff there are very nice, patient, and doing what they're supposed to do. The owner, on the other hand, hmm, is great if things work out great. If problems arise or if you simply express your opinions or how you feel, then it is not so great. Notice the owner just ramble on and on, trying to get his thoughts in. I know sales. My whole life revolves around customer service. I must say, he definitely fell short of that. Listening to your customers' concerns and needs is part of the job. I have there will be improvement. It's such a shame, otherwise, it is a great place to get what you need with a great team of staff.

My entire family has always come here through the years to get their glasses and contacts since I can remember. This was way before computers. We used to fill out cards with all our information on it and that is how long this place has been in business. I like that they make the lenses there and their prices are competitive. The eye doctor is really nice and she is very informative and easy to talk to. That itself makes me feel confident that she really is focused on me and not just going through the eye exam motion. I personally only get my contacts here and my sister still gets all of her glasses here. We have been very happy with their work. If we had any problems they would take care of them immediately. I would recommend to call ahead of time to find out when the Dr will be in and their hours of operation.

This place is great don't know what the other two reviews are talking about. I brought my two pairs of glasses in and they fixed them promptly and thoroughly. Didn't even end up charging me in the end. Highly recommended- prompt, helpful, honest: one of the pairs was a bit wonky after the first repair and I showed it to them and they adjusted it, works great now. Again, highly recommended.
