This is one of the better pain management groups that I've ever been to, and I have been to too many in NYC over the years. It is a large office with nice, competent staff and I have never waited more than 10 minutes for the nurse practitioner, Christine who is lovely. Dr. Mandelbaum has looked over my case and I can ask him any questions. The office is easy to get to, especially if you take the Lexington Avenue, #4, #5 train to Fulton. Plus, there are many restaurants around. I get an anti-inflammatory shot and vitamin infusions that have made me feel much better. I absolutely recommend this office. This place needs to be shut down Dr Magubaum over medicates his patients and is irresponsible and neglects them he also does Medicare fraud he does not care about his patients his co workers are very rude arrogant and just plain ignorant as well starting with Patty and Dr Magubaums does not create a treatment plan like other doctors like adding physical therapy etc all he does is over prescribes narcotics to patients and turn then into pill addicts

I've been going to Comprehensive Pain Management for almost 6 years. They are compassionate, caring and there to help. I can't tell you how many times they have gone above and beyond to help me with my pain management. They take your pain very seriously and want to make you as comfortable as they possibly can. They are the only people I trust to treat me and my pain and as long as I need to I will come here.
