0 STAR! There should be an option to add 0 stars because that is what this place deserves! No wonder there are no recent reviews, there is no contact information for this place on google and no option to make an appointment online anywhere. I honestly think this business does not exist and they are just trying to take advantage of people and make money. I got the number from yelp and called and was given another contact number and told to text on that number for booking an appointment. I texted and then I got a callback from that number at 9 PM at night!!! My current install was causing me some issues, so I had it removed and then I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Kerry when I flew into town for my husband's holiday party 3 days after my install removal in my home state. Kerry made my consultation process a very easy one. Over the phone, she was extremely attentive, listened to my current concerns and guided me through her process of what she offers and that put me at ease. When I arrived to the new salon (Salon Joli) the day of my appointment, Kerry ready for me (I didn't have to wait), she was very accommodating, very personable and extremely professional.
