Jeanne moved the lenses in my original frames (which were damaged from a drop) into a replacement frame I bought online, for free, in ten minutes. Platinum customer service.

I don’t understand these bad reviews – perhaps they are from a previous management? I found everyone here to be super pleasant and efficient –big shout out to Jeanne, who went above and beyond in fixing a pair of glasses that no other store was able/willing to, and for expediting my contact lens order to arrive before my trip.

When here to take the eye test to renew my license. When it was done ver I asked the doctor for the form she said I don’t need it they send it to the city . You do need the form, when I called to ask for the information need , they can’t give it to me because their no doctor available. Super unprofessional

Made an appointment for a contact lens exam and they canceled it with 30 minutes notice. I had already paid for the train and was on the way to the appointment. Horribly unprofessional way to run a business.
