No working phone number for starters., No one answers the buzzer, I climbed five flights of stairs during business hours to encounter a sign that said the door doesn't work. With another phone number, that phone number also doesn't work. This place basically doesn't exist. But there's no way to call ahead to schedule because there's no working phone number. I would not suggest assuming they're open during their listed hours because clearly they're not and they don't care to be contacted at all. I am now exhausted from walking up all those flights of stairs, frustrated dejected and stunned that this is an actual business in NYC
Scam！！ I purchased G-coupon and called to make a reservation. The woman who answered my call was extremely rude and kept saying “no” “no” “no” to all my questions. This is absolutely not acceptable and they had good reviews both in G-coupon and google map? I had called G-coupon to report this store as a scam. Good luck to your business.
