DO NOT GO HERE! 0 stars. This was the worse nail appointment I've ever had. This place should be reported to state board. I had scheduled an appointment to have my Gel X nails removed and a gel manicure done. As soon as I walked in for my appointment the receptionist also took a walk in that was demanding she was helped right then and there. The FIRST nail tech seemed very frazzled and had to ask what to do. After being instructed, she started my soak off and took the other client, leaving me to sit and soak in acetone for over 30 minutes! Not to mention, she took the pack of sterile tools from me to the next client, EW! After soaking for the 30-40 minutes they had the receptionist come scrape off the softened gel. She obviously had no idea what she was doing and didn't fully remove all the gel X nails off. My fingers were tore up by the acetone and I should have taken this as a sign and left but I didn't. Finally another nail tech (who seemed like the manager) finishes with her client and comes to take over. She's is visibly upset with the job the receptionist did and had to use the Efile to remove the rest of the gel x off my nail as there was still a lot left on and under my nail. The efile bits did not look clean and she kept putting the used ones back in the case. When she finally starts to apply my gel mani she tells me that my nail was weak from having to file of the gel so she would have to use a special base coat to add strength back.
When we got to the nail color coat, she said i had a line in my nail from my previous manicurist back home damaging my nail and we would have to change the color to cover it. At this point I've been there for 1.5 hrs so I said fine. The color she brings is much thicker and she struggles to apply it evenly, dipping back into the pot over and over again. she finally finished putting on the last top coat and I have a total of 7 coats of gel polish on my nails. She proceeded to FILE my top coat and start to shape my nail again because of how lumpy she did them. The top coat is meant to seal in the polish and if you file it, your nails are going to chip.... Gel or not. At this time I had been in the chair for 2 hours. for a simple soak of and gel manicure! What? When I brought up how bumpy they were, she once again blamed my previous manicurist for damaging my nails. I had only had my gel X set for 2.5 weeks so the grow out wasn't crazy and even if I had a file line in my nail from the gel x, it wouldn't make my whole nail lumpy... After telling her that I know better because I went to school for cosmetology, she rushed to check me out. she didn't charge me for the soak off, just the gel manicure. I left with polish on my fingers and flooded in my cuticles and with my skin raw and dried out from the long soak in acetone. Just save yourself the headache. Now I have to find another nail salon, pay a second time, and waste more time just to fix this.

Maya and Samantha helped us today, and are very talented people. My daughter and I tried the massage, and it was very relaxing. Overall, the employees were very kind and gentle. Great experience, definitely recommend.

They filed my nails down to paper. I got a simple manicure a few weeks ago and asked for my long nails to be filed down a little. My nails have been filed down to the point that they are brittle and consistently peeling and shattering. The price was reasonable but I would not recommend this place.

Great salon. Been coming since the 90’s when they used to be open til midnight. Clean, comfortable well kept place. They helped me out on short notice. Always a favorite.
