I do not have a pet that is a patient of Dr. Amy but just finished her book, “Pets and the City” and wanted to say how much I enjoyed her stories. I found that she seems like an incredibly loving doctor and person! She writes about the gamut of her experiences in such a compelling way that made the book very enjoyable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about City Pets. During a very scary emergency with my cat, Reggie, their entire team was kind, gentle, attentive, and incredibly compassionate. They moved quickly, kept me informed every step of the way, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process.
What meant the most was how they balanced honesty with reassurance. They were realistic about the situation and the possible outcomes, but never made us feel hopeless or alone. Their care for Reggie was obvious, and they treated him with so much love and patience.

Excellent care for my senior pug. Dr Amy is the pug whisperer. She listens, diagnoses and puts me at ease and above all loves my dog and treats it like her own. Her support team - from the delightful and attentive Elena - to her lovely techs and the amazing Dr Dalton all go above and beyond - highly recommend!!
