They're good, but they force you to tip 20%. They have a line paper scribbled mandatory tip behind the register. I'm pretty sure that's illegal. Is empty all the time, probably because they are forcing you to tip. It wasn't like that before, and the ladies were more friendly. Sad to have to look somewhere else to get service.

I usually go to a place in chelsea to do my brows and no matter who does my eyebrows they do a perfect job. For some reason - no matter who does my eyebrows here, they are wayyyy too thin after. No matter what i say to express to keep them as thick as possible. Id rather them leave too much and ask me than just take liberties with my face.

I've gone here for 5+ years and they do a great job. The technicians usually stay for a long time but if they move one, as two of my favorite ones did, the owner or manager threads my eyebrows just as well. (her technique is so smoothly it's almost painless. just a soft pinch instead of a sharp one.)
