A boy who was watching TV had to wait like 15 minutes. Then was given a 10 minute haircut which I had to fix because it was so humiliating. Their equipment was in pretty bad shape, the place was dirty and the guy had dishes around and they charged me $40. I have no idea where all the good reviews are coming from

I’ve been going to City Barbers for about 3 years now. Even after moving out of the neighborhood I still keep coming back. I want to give a huge shoutout to the newest barber Diana, she has been giving me amazing haircuts these last few months. Ultimately you can’t go wrong with any of the barbers, they all give excellent cuts. If you’re trying to find your regular barber shop, look no further than City Barbers.
I’ve been going to City Barbers on the Upper East Side for 4 years now and can’t recommend them enough. Mike is the man great guy, always welcoming, and consistently gives an awesome cut. The prices are fair, the atmosphere is great, and everyone there is friendly and professional. It’s hard to find a barbershop with good people and quality cuts every time, but this place delivers. Highly recommend asking for Mike if you go!
