CPW is absolutely fantastic !! An amazing location right by Central Park, and everyone there is so kind and helpful. I’ve really loved the massages with Sarah (she is so intuitive, and I can feel the lasting effects on my perpetually sore / tight areas). I normally get nervous about chiropractor adjustments but these are tailored to what I need and each move is deliberate. I spend a lot of time hunched over a computer, and I feel miles better about my neck and shoulders after several sessions at CPW. Highly, highly recommend

I recently stumbled upon this amazing place when I was struggling with some serious sleepless nights. Even though they were closed, one kind staff member welcomed me in and took the time to listen to my concerns. They suggested I book an appointment with the chiropractor, and massage therapist. But the best part? That same night, I got fitted for a new pillow, and let me tell you my sleep has transformed dramatically over the past three nights! I’m feeling amazing. Thank you very much for taking the time to listen to me, and helping me. I cannot thank you enough. I will definitely be returning here.
