We had a first visit with Dr. Gardner to check my teen's gums with a referral from their pediatric dentist. The process was lovely from start to finish. Office staff was fast, thorough, and warm on the phone and in-person. Dental assistant was also warm and knowledgeable, pulling up our records and assisting the doctor in an efficient way. Dr. Gardner was kind, explained everything to both of us, and took time to have a five minute conversation to get to know my teen. We will definitely continue care here.
I visited the 68th Street location today and from the moment I arrived, the receptionist and staff were incredibly accommodating, i felt a sense of comfort and ease. I want to particularly commend Ignacio for his amazing care in alleviating my anxiety about visiting the dentist. He made sure I felt secure, making sure that there was nothing to feel embarrassed or worried about. He was awesome! After he took my X-rays i met Dr. Khalid, and I was equally impressed by her kindness and professionalism. She took time to explain the details of my treatment and everything that was needed to improve my dental health.

As always my visits are a pleasure, who says that at a dentist appointment. They never fail to make their patients comfortable and feel cared for. I always leave informed and in minimal discomfort.
