Best experience i could ever hope for. I am claustrophobic and have been beyond anxious for 3 weeks before my appt. I was dreading this, but, I decided to go and see it through if I could The registration desk was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. Within 15 min., I was taken to start the MRI process, I told them about my anxiety and claustrophobia and and and they were wonderful, reassurring, let me try it out, and were in contact with me throughout. They spent extra time helping me relax. The place was clean and bright and it was the largest MRI they had. I am thankful for a 45 min MRI experience that wasn't as I had feared. I love all services I've received from nyu and it's related facilities. Very courteous and professional. Every staff member Ive interacted with has made me feel comfortable every time I get my MRI. I always joke that Being nice must be part of the job description.
