Cecilia Wong Skincare is an absolutely wonderful company with high quality and affordable products. I have used the strengthening serum for problematic eczema for about a week and have already seen the recession of the redness from the rash breakouts. I highly recommend ordering from this company!

DO NOT BUY! The promises that Cecilia Wong's Hytdralift product is 100% guaranteed is a big fat LIE!! It's unfortunate that I listened to her pitch and it seemed credible. So, after hunting for reviews, that mostly included ordering instructions, I took a chance and ordered. Then after it came, without ANY paperwork about the product or the company....I decided I COULD NOT TRUST this product, or the company to have quality enough to put in my body. After numerous requests for refund instructions, I got several " we've resolved this issue" emails, which were also UNTRUE. It's just a scam, and I would advise anyone to NOT TRUST this co. Still waiting to find out how to return the unused product.

I went here in June 2015 and literally had the worst facial of my life. I paid full price, no Groupon etc, and was seen by Cecilia herself. First, she used an extracting tool, which in my experience has always been worse than using hands, but I figured as she was supposed to be the master, it would be ok. Wrong. She went over the same spots over and over and still couldn't extract the whole thing. I have good skin and my largest concern is a little congestion, so this is a shocking failure. Also, irritating the pores but leaving bacteria in them is a sure fire way to leave spots that are ten times worse than a blackhead. The worst part wasn't that she didn't know how to extract, but that at the end of the facial, she looked at me and had the nerve to say that the redness would go down in a few days. Given that she'd taken my blackheads and turned them into big visible red pimples, we both knew it wasn't true (especially as I've been getting regular facials since I was 13). I went to the bathroom, squeezed my forehead, and lo and behold was the mess she left. I was furious to say the least. The only reason it's taken me this long to write a review is because I say how extensively she hiked her prices, which I think is disgusting given how bad she was. Please save your money. She couldn't pay me to ever touch my face again. And she definitely didn't do any gua sha in my facial either, which would have potentially been the only redeeming quality.

I been coming here for about 10 months. Cecilia changed my skin! I had from blackheads to acne to acne scars. Every pore was clogged on my face. After the oxygen facial, my friends noticed the difference in my skin. The products are just amazing! Very natural and effective yet gentle. Def will keep going there!
