Avoid this firm. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes. They neglected to include income from a 1099, and refused to contribute to the resulting penalties and interest that I had to pay.

A partner there (Richard) messed up an annual filing for our LLC and I was charged ~$500 to correct it. When we asked to be reimbursed, they reluctantly agreed but became totally unresponsive afterwards in a punitive manner. Incredibly unprofessional.
