I'm very happy with my rug! It looks better than new, and Shlomi was great to work with. He was very prompt in his communication and the whole process of picking up my rug and returning it was smooth. I highly recommend Carpet Diem.
Excellent service! Shlomi was true to his word. showed up right on time, and did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet. I had many doubts since I had a natural fiber carpet stained with coffee but in the end I was truly satisfied!
Highly recommend! Shlomi answers the phone himself, no dealing with a call center. He was proactive and came to assess my rug within 48 hours. Took just over a week to return to me too. Great service!
