I found myself in an emergency situation today being out of town with my bedroom flooded. David and Miguel worked quickly to get to my apartment to remedy the situation with expertise keeping me informed every step of the way. My husband and I were arguing about getting rid of our carpet. He kept telling me that it's old and ugly. The carpet was a gift to us from my sister so I didn't want to just throw it away. These guys did an amazing job on my carpet. My puppy peed on my carpet and I was very skeptical of anyone getting the stain and smell out, but these guy were able to get both done. I will definitely be coming back here for any future carpet cleanings.

We had a coffee stain on our handmade oriental rug. We decided to clean two carpets and the serviceman was great and friendly....customer service very friendly as well. Happy to have the rugs back. They are much cleaner than we were able to get them with rental Stanley steamer.

This is our first time to use this company for our rug indoor cleaning. Miguel, the rug cleaner is honest and helpful. They use organic product to clean. He removed quite of dirt from our rug. I will consider to use this service again.

I wanted to get a 5x8 rug cleaned. I got a quote from them (which was super convenient) and set up an appointment for the following day. The person arrived, right on time and took a look at the rug. He asked me what my concerns were and I let him know that we took care of a friend's dog who unfortunately had a few accidents on the rug. I wanted to make sure all of it got out because I could tell it was affecting my asthma (I know it sounds odd but I researched it) and he immediately let me know that if that was the case, he recommends the deeper cleaning that requires him to take it for a few days. Of course I immediately was on the defense, but once I heard him out - it made sense. Standard shampooing was not going to cut it. What made it even better is that the owner himself gave me a call and let me know that he did not want me to waste my money if I was looking to get the dog urine out and it not work. I told him that I would rather just buy a new rug (it wasn't anything special - just a cute rug from Wayfair) and he totally understood. I couldn't believe how honest he was - I was in shock. It is so good to know that there are still very honest businesses out there, and this is definitely without a doubt, one of them. I plan to use them in the future. Two thumbs up for 100% honesty

I had a flood in my home and an oriental rug that was a family heirloom was soaked as a result. After the rug dried, it developed an odd texture and I was concerned that the rug would never get back to the way it was. I found Carpet Cleaning Royals through a Google search and figured I would give it a try and I was certainly NOT disappointed. They coordinated everything with me, arriving on a Saturday to assess the carpet and let me know what could be done and reassured me that they'd take care of us. It was quite nerve-wracking to give the heirloom over to them, but I trusted them to take care of me and my rug. They kept in touch with me all week, sending text updates and let me know when everything would be ready. They worked within my schedule and returned the rug in a week. Not only were they able to get the water stains out, they restored the carpet back to its original condition and it looks more vibrant than when I got the rug. I have a beige couch, chair and an ottoman and my house has one pitbull, 2 cats, and random foster animals. Not a good combination! Naturally, my furniture got dirty over the years, plus drool and other spots left by my dear furry friends made my furniture look Horrible. It came to a point where some of my friends didn't even want to sit on certain parts of the couch. I decided it was time to get them cleaned and searched for upholstery cleaning on Google. I came across Carpet Cleaning Royals and they had lots of great reviews so I decided to give these guys a try. They gave me a quote over the phone and made it to my place within the given time slot. The crew came in and provided the same day service they did the actual cleaning great. Remind you that my beige couch and chair was covered with stains which required a lot of manual brushing. They did an amazing job and spent extra time and was extra gentle with the manual scrubbing.All stains are gone and my couch, chair and ottoman look as good as when I first got it 6 years ago. I highly recommend these guys if you want your sofa/couch cleaned the same day. They are respectful, efficient and professional.
